Shipping Availability
Robostore primarily ships within the United States and does not offer standard international shipping.
Orders shipped outside the United States, if approved, are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional terms, fees, duties, or restrictions.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Robostore ships orders using a variety of carriers and methods depending on the size, weight, value, and sensitivity of the product. Carriers may include, but are not limited to, UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or LTL freight carriers.
Robostore reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and method at its sole discretion to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Free Shipping
Robostore offers free shipping on orders over $199, which applies to ground shipping where available.
Free shipping eligibility and method may vary based on:

Certain products, including large robotics systems or freight shipments, may ship via LTL freight or specialized carriers, even if the order qualifies for free shipping.
Standard Shipping (U.S. – Contiguous 48 States)
For orders shipping within the contiguous United States:

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is not offered as a standard service and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Availability, pricing, carrier selection, and delivery timelines for expedited shipping must be confirmed with Robostore prior to shipment. Expedited services are subject to carrier availability and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Time & Processing
Carrier pickups occur on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are processed and released for shipment during normal business hours.

Robostore is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Freight & High-Value Shipments
For freight or LTL shipments:

Delivery appointments may be required

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery

Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt prior to acceptance
Failure to inspect and document damage at delivery may limit the ability to file a carrier claim.
Relationship to Returns & Refunds
Shipping charges, handling, and logistics costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or in cases of confirmed shipping error.
Approved returns after shipment are subject to the restocking and return terms outlined in our Return Policy.
